We loved everything about the property. It was spacious, newly renovated and very well equipped, with great air conditioning, comfortable bedding and all the amenities we needed. The location was excellent — close to the beach but tucked away from the busyness, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The large front yard was also incredibly convenient for parking scooters.
Most importantly, our host, Haleem, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly kind, caring and attentive throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed, from keeping the water stocked to helping with our washing. When I unfortunately injured my foot during our stay, Haleem went above and beyond to look after me. He arranged for a friend to take me to the hospital, checked in on me regularly and made sure I was okay throughout. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better host.

The place was very clean, and our host was always available, helpful, and solution-oriented whenever we needed anything. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.
We were a family of four with two children aged 7 and 9, and the accommodation worked very well for us. We would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Arugam Bay for a few days!

Haleem the owner is meticulous, it is the cleanest place I have ever stayed in.
Haleem also will go above and beyond for you.
It’s in a great location just a short walk to Main Street and beach. But you’re away from loud noise and hectic street.
The only thing I will say the air con is in rooms only, which is perfect for sleep but it can get hot if you want to hang out in the loungeroom.

The location was in the backstreets, which are unattractive. There is no natural light in the home. The furnishings were not to our taste
