The property was very easy to reach, located at the end of a cul-de-sac which gave it a feel of privacy. While not far from all the shops,restaurants and Dollywood it was very peaceful.
The entry was by a code. I was never sent a code and had to contact the agent. When I contacted the help number I was told it was because I owed 263.00 and would be sent the code after I paid that amount. I explained that I paid for the rental in full on Booking. Com. After she put me on hold for a little bit she came back on the phone and said she sent me the code.I was sent a code only to not have it work when we arrived at the property. I contacted the agent again and was sent two new codes, the first of which worked fine. That was a little stressful.
