We loved the space and location. It was easy to feel at home and enjoy our time. We loved the pool and hot tub. The 2 living areas were really nice and the garage game room was fun. The master bedroom was really nice. There was so much space everyone in my group could’ve had their own room each if they had wanted too. They had plenty of Kitchentry items so you can cook at home. There was also 5 bathrooms and all where really spacious. The house was clean and tidy. Defineltly will stay again on our next Florida trip. Host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Also the location felt really safe as it was a gated community!
Not being able to use the AC, it got very hot at night considering there were not enough fans either. Also not being told before hand that the heated pool had to be paid for. If we had known before hand we wouldve paid the extra at the time of bookings. TVs in at least a few of the bedrooms would be nice too.

Spacious, great location and tight Security. Stores within 5-6 mins away. The villa was spacious and family friendly having a game room for the kids to enjoy! We also enjoyed the community pool area very much along with a bar, food and ice cream. Be aware you cannot bring your our food and drinks in this area!
I don’t like that the properties are not properly inspected. My main reason for saying this is because we paid about $150 to make sure that the pool was heated and due to the jets not working properly not only was it not heated up well, but the Jacuzzi also did not work and after letting the company know this it took about three days for someone to come out due to them being a third-party pool company and us having to work around their schedule. When he did come out, we found out that it was going to have to be repaired. This is something that could have been found out by the person that was coming to clean and inspect the home and we could’ve saved our money. There are only TVs in the living room master bedroom and den area upstairs. There are no TVs in the other five rooms which wasn’t a huge issue, but definitely something to know if you’re looking to book. If you have any concerns about the home, you will be responded to pretty quickly, but someone usually doesn’t come out for at least 2 to 3 days which will affect your stay. The homes are not deep cleaned. There was dust in the cracks of the doors and things that were left behind likely from previous guests again not a huge issue but something to be aware of.
