Could have been better

We like everything but

Could not use the washing machine, toaster was half broken and the toylet in the main room, was not well attached to the floor and Worse, send a text message and we’ll answer some day. In this line is business, you have to have instant response or your business is gonna suffer in the future

Peacefull great stay

Excellent well kept community called Caribe Cove with gated entrance, in great location near Disney and attractions, and grocery stores. The apartment is very confortable, located in the 4th floor but there are elevators. It faces the wooded area so seating in the balcony is very relaxing. I highly recomend this unit.

There seems to be a lack of effective maintenance inspections. The toilet bowl on the master bedroom is half installed; it was bolted but never shimmied and caulked/grouted. Therefore, every time you use it, it rocks back and forth knocking very loudly on the floor (ceiling of downstair neighbors). And the screen door out of the master bedroom into the balcony looks in very bad shape: the screen is coming out of the frame and the frame is bent. These two issues are very obvious and should be noticed and resolved before renting it out.
