Location, free parking, free breakfast, friendly staff
Uncomfortable beds and pillows, not sound proof. We could hear people goes, dogs barking

It was very modern and clean.
Very overpriced for an extremely sparse breakfast. They also did not have enough parking to accommodate every room. We were forced to park across a busy street which was poorly lit. There was no where to drop our luggage and no crosswalk. It was a little on the dangerous side.
