The check-in was easy. The owner kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the property before the official check-in time, which was a very nice gesture. The location was excellent, only about a 6–7 minute walk from the Colosseum, with a bus stop nearby and a metro station close to the Colosseum. The area was also quiet, and we had no problems sleeping at night. The apartment was quite well equipped with everything we needed, including an iron, microwave and refrigerator. There were also plenty of towels, including some extra ones, which was very convenient.
There was no soap in the bathroom, even though there was a soap holder. We were also given only two rolls of toilet paper for six people for three nights, which was not quite enough. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. There was an AC unit in the bedroom, and it cooled that room quite well, but the cold air did not circulate properly into the living room, where three of us were sleeping. As a result, the people sleeping in the living room were quite hot, especially considering that the temperatures in Rome were around 34–37°C during the day. The TV worked, but the remote control was sometimes difficult to use and some of the buttons did not respond properly.

Es un departamento amplio, con camas cómodas y limpio, en la cocina hay utensilios necesarios. Además tiene lavadora.
No tiene un tender para la ropa por si necesitas lavar

Location, easy check-in
Beds uncomfortable. Only one of the two rooms is air-conditioned. The TV in the living room does not work. We tried it when we arrived and it did not turn on and then in the middle of the night it just turned on, so we had to unplug it. I had already seen from past guests the TV did not work. Maybe call a tecnico?
