Staff were friendly and helpful, easy parkin outside the hotel. Short easy walk to the old town with all the sights and restaurants.

the location. hotel was ok. The front desk staff was argumentative and not helpful at all
If the front desk staff was helpful regarding our group. My travel agent tried to talk to them, we tried to talk to them as there was a problem with having too many rooms that were not booked under the travel agent or myself. It must have
been an error, but the front desk was very unwilling to help. My travel agent tried to get with the manager and called from the United States 5 times to work out this situation, but no phone calls or correspondence back from the manager.
