Everything was absolutely perfect. The service was outstanding, the staff were very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious with great variety. The overall service level exceeded expectations, and the room’s close proximity to the reception made everything very convenient and comfortable.

The hotel was amazing, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. Out of all the hotels I stayed at during this trip, this one had by far the best staff—everyone was incredibly attentive and helpful.
They offer a car service that takes you back and forth to the restaurant, and it was always quick and convenient. I also loved that they had a WhatsApp number you could message for anything you needed—they responded almost immediately every time.
The included breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had, and dinner at the restaurant was just as impressive. The location is also great, just a short drive from Santa Claus Village.
Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.
One thing to note is that the stunning, nature-only view shown in the photos is available in just a handful of rooms, so it’s not guaranteed by default. Most rooms have views of other parts of the hotel or nearby rooms.
If having that full, unobstructed nature view is important to you, it’s best to request it in advance. If available, the hotel can provide it for an additional charge. I did this, and although my initial room still had a partially obstructed view, I mentioned that I had specifically requested a full nature view. The staff quickly accommodated me and moved me to another room.
Once again, the service throughout the stay was truly amazing.

Very nice and friendly staff. Near the Santa Village. Really delicious food in the restaurant.
The sauna took a long time before it was heated.
There was no small makeup mirror in the bathroom.

Quiet, private and view
Pillows too soft
Underfloor heating did not work even after staff tried to fix it.
2 bedroom for 5 adults was far too small.
Only two chairs inside. Only two chairs on outside deck. Bedrooms had no side table. Bathrooms were cramped and NO space for toiletries. No shelves for clothing.
