Our room was delightful. We loved having our own standalone cottage and loved having our own private sauna. The bathrobes and slippers they provide are a very nice touch. Even the kitchen facility in the room was quite nice. It was peaceful, and we felt pampered.
The breakfast offered a nice variety of foods, and it was lovely.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful.
Somehow we thought the cottages (“igloos”) were nestled in the woods. Instead they are in a semicircle surrounding the main lodge, and the woods are alongside the outer edges of the cottages. It was convenient and not a problem, but it was different than we expected.

Eniten pidin siitä, miten aidot ja autenttiset Lapin elementit yhdistyvät hotellissa uskomattoman kauniiseen estetiikkaan. Kaikki on suunniteltu niin, että Lapin ainutlaatuinen kauneus ja tunnelma pääsee todella tuntumaan ja siitä voi nauttia kaikilla aisteilla.
Pidin myös siitä, että hotellissa käytetään suomalaisia tuotteita ja hoitotuotteita. Kaikki on niin kaunista, harmonista ja miellyttävää – täällä on todella helppo pysähtyä ja nauttia Lapin upeudesta.

O hotel é muito bom, tivemos um ótimo atendimento! Os chalés têm uma jacuzzi do lado de fora e uma sauna do lado de dentro. Tudo muito bom. Como fomos no verão, não havia jantar incluído, mas o café da manha era muito bom. Agradecimentos especiais ao Jari que administra o hotel! Como não havia o transporte incluído no verão e estávamos sem carro, ele nos ajudou bastante, inclusive nos dando algumas caronas durante nossa estadia para que pudéssemos passear e ir para o aeroporto na volta.
Ele fica bem isolado, entao o ideal é ter carro. Fomos durante o verão em que a cidade fica mais vazia e com menos atividades. Acredito que durante o inverno tudo funciona melhor, inclusive o hotel tem transporte para as principais atrações durante o inverno.
