It’s hard to describe how amazing our time at the Arctic SnowHotel was. The hotel offers plenty of outdoor activities, and visiting the rooms and seeing each ice and snow artwork is incredible. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly.
Our igloo stay was a very unique experience, and we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights while we were there.
Visit the Ice Bar! Smash your drink to the walls, it’s a blast of fun!
I highly recommend the guided walk through the snowy forests with Veikka — we had an amazing time. The food is delicious and varied.
The hotel is far from the city, which is great for seeing the Northern Lights, but not ideal for visiting other places. What I didn’t like was the additional charge for transportation to and from the hotel. Other remote hotels offer complimentary transport, and for a hotel of this level, I think it’s something they should take into account

The property is nice in design, great staff at the receptionist. Breakfast was also great but will be better if there was a corner for asian food.
Ice bar is also close as the weather starts to warm up and it is starting to melt but hotel is nice enough to provide a complimentary drink. There are also tour for ice hotel but Most of the ice sculpture is already melting. There is a sauna but shared for both genders.
Hot water only for 50 mins for 4 pax, still sufficient but will be great if the glass can change to tinted, better if they could provide bathroom slippers and eye mask. In the morning light will start to shine in.
There is a k supermarket 10mins drive away, but dinner can only be at the restaurant as there are no other food. Else eat cup nooldles or bread
