Chalet agréable, restaurant moyen, à un coût surévalué. Excellent petit-déjeuner.

Le chalet a un aspect "authentique" et il est très bien équipé, y compris d'un sauna, avec 2 douches et un WC supplémentaires, qui occupe une part importante de la surface. La vue sur la rivière (gelée) permettait de ne pas avoir de vis à vis. Le petit-déjeuner en libre-service est très varié et excellent ; seuls les jus de fruits ont peu de goût.

Très bien équipé mais pas fonctionnel : 2ème chambre en soupente basse avec un escalier très raide à réserver à des enfants de 5 à 14 ans. L'accès au sauna, et ses commodités, se fait en traversant la salle de douche/WC, et, en l'absence de toute protection, chaque douche éclabousse la pièce. Le séjour/cuisine et la chambre principale manquent d'espace.

Hotel perfecto para ir con tu coche de alquiler

El desayuno es excelente. La ubicación, a pie de pistas de esquí, es perfecta. Las casas acogedoras.

Quizás el ruido del quitanieves del hotel en medio de la noche... pero en algún momento lo tienen que hacer

the location is amazing and perfect because you could park your hire car next to all the chalets

strict reserved seating for evening meal in the restaurant. there was so much space to be seated. then sat sharing an 8 person table with another family. could be better.

Great stay in Rovaniemi

Good breakfast and dinner, and they provided breakfast boxes to take away on last day as we had an early flight Quiet area by the river Private sauna in the chalet Chalet large enough for 6 adults (3 couples), including 2 bathrooms + 1 additional toilet Aurora borealis visible from directly outside the chalet (2 times in 4 days)! 5min drive to Rovaniemi City centre

Really liked the chalets overall. They are nice and cozy. The area is lovely and our chalet was located by the lake. There was also a large area where you could enjoy and play in the snow. Suitable if you have a car. Breakfast was delicious.

We were 5 Adults in one chalet. It was a bit small but we stayed for one night so we did not really mind it. We thought that the bunk beds were going to be different as they were to be pulled out from the wall. Would have liked to have some tea or coffee in the chalet.

Wonderful experience

The chalet was perfect for a small family. The location of the chalet is very picturesque and we thoroughly enjoyed the skiing experience as well as the stay.

Good but would’ve been great if the bathroom issue was addressed!

The location is great, amazing breakfast and Sauna was also good. Beds are comfortable!

The Chalets were much smaller in comparison to the photos , especially the family sitting area. The shower area in the bathroom was not fully covered at the bottom because of which all the water flowed out into the main bathroom area.

Winter wonderland

Beautiful warm cosy chalet in the middle of winter wonderland. Comfortable beds, relaxing sauna and shower, plenty of space for a family of 5. The kids loved the freedom outside the chalet to play in the snow and use their sledges. Would highly recommend. We will definitely be back

rooms are so cozy and comfortable, breakfast and dinners were so delicious! perfect spot behind the ski fields and only 5 minute drive to the city centre and the staff can easily book you a taxi and they come within 5 mins.

water in the shower goes everywhere but apart from that it was perfect!

Overall I rate it as really good apart from seating in the chalets,we will be back.

We new we would arrive late the hotel responded quickly and with all the information needed so we felt confident. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, it’s a lovely location and easy to taxi to nearby places, the kids loved being able to play outside the chalets whenever they wanted. Having stayed before I can say the food in the restaurant for dinner was really nice and had improved not as salty and rich as has been mentioned before, bar menu whilst could definitely have a bit more choice, it’s very limited, it tasted excellent.

So now the negative, we stayed in a 6 person superior cabin but there was only one sofa and some little stalls, the sofa would take 2 adults or one adult 2 kids, my kids are small and the little stalls were tiny and stupid really, so we would have to sit in the bedroom, really needs another chair, the beds are not very comfortable but ok.

We thought there was a fireplace in our chalet but that was not the case. this only counted for the (one) master suite. it would be nicer to advertise correct pictures of the chalets as for us this was a big of a disappointment.

Overall a good stay except the distance between room & reception and uneven toilet area

Good breakfast, clean rooms, well ventilated

Distance between the chalet and the reception/breakfast area not desirable. Booked the accomodation more than 3 months in advance and was allocated a room more than 100metres apart. The water flow at the shower area was poorly constructed, the flooring was not levelled, therefore the water was flowing all over the toilet area, could have constructed a step to prevent the water from flowing all over the place.

good if you want to semi self cater and ski. or want to be a bit out of city.

felt like a good ski hotel.

our chalet had a very very steep staircase. incredibly worrying for small children which meant the adults had to sleep on the kids beds. no free tea or coffee in chalet. this would have been very welcome after our journey.
