Fawn was a wonderful, communicative host and very friendly. The neighborhood the home resides in is very quiet and nice to walk around and close to town. We were able to park one of our cars in an off street parking spot right next to the house, and there was plenty of street parking for our second vehicle. The guest house itself was pretty spacious for party of 3 plus a dog. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The room decor was a cute rustic vibe that created a very homey feel. We loved sitting out in the shared yard watching the hummingbirds in the feeder and looking at Fawn’s beautiful garden. The couch in the living room was very comfy for relaxing after a long day of hiking! Bathroom shower was a highlight for sure as it was very big and lots of space to place toiletries, good water pressure, and looks like it was recently remodeled. We are very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay at Fawn’s place again if we’re ever back in the area!

Fawn was responsive and welcoming! The guest house was exactly as described, with all the comforts of home. A great home base for exploring the Eastern Sierra!

Fawn and her place get A checkmarks in every way.I've stayed in dozens of locations and I've rarely found hosts who displayed the kind of attention to detail Fawn showed.The kitchen and bathroom were super-well stocked and modern, the house was immaculately neat and clean, the mattresses were blissfully firm and the heat, water and appliances all worked perfectly. There also is a great bbq grill and outdoor dinner table where I was able to enjoy a warm night.The house also sits in a quiet spot several blocks from any noise coming off Main Street.From the location, to the cleanliness to everything else, I can recommend this house without hesitation.

Quiet spot within walking distance to downtown and easy access to any location along 395 for outdoor adventures. Well equipped place to stay. Very comfy and just the right size for the three of us!
