Welcome to our idyllic 3 bed, 2 bath villa at Indian Ridge in the heart of Kissimmee. Because it is close to both the US192 and the I-4 it is a perfect place in which to enjoy Disney (10 minutes away) and Universal which is 20-25 minutes away.
You are greeted by an airy, open plan living space creating a sense of spaciousness. Plush sofas offer plenty of seating in two separate areas, so ideal if the kids want their own space.
It has an open, inviting floorplan with its own gorgeous private pool and deck. Direct access to the south facing pool and deck area.
You can sleep up to 6 guests with all bedding and towels supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, catering to all your culinary needs. There is a breakfast table as well as a more formal dining space.
The villa has a large, screened south facing private pool and deck space. This is a quiet and tranquil place to relax at any time of the day. There is a sheltered area ideal for alfresco dining; sun loungers and comfortable chairs are provided for your use to enjoy the all-day sun. There is an additional fee to have the pool heated.
Our villa features a TV in every bedroom as well as the main living area for those nights in to relax after long days visiting the parks. For recreational activities within your home, there is a pool table in the garage games room and plenty of other activities to entertain the children.

Indian Ridge has two children’s playgrounds with nearby picnic benches, tennis courts, volleyball courts, baseball diamond and a football field. A walking/jogging track runs around one of the parks for guests wishing to stay in shape. The community swimming pool gives families the chance to meet up with other holidaymakers from around the world and has a brilliant, shaded picnic area for those wishing to escape the hot Florida sun
