About this apartment rental
High-end, downtown studio apartment overlooking Main Street and western Luverne. Completely remodelled space that was a dentist's office in the last century, but now features modern appliances and hardwood-style vinyl floors. Off-street private parking and dedicated private wifi connection, included.
Hosts own and operate a retail store on the main floor of the building. Grocery store, community gym, brewery, and resturaunt all within three blocks of unit.

The room was exactly as you see in the pictures, very clean, very comfortable and the town people were so nice and friendly. It was a great stay! Love the town!

The room appeared to be clean, however I spilt some water on the floor and when I cleaned it up, the paper towel was black. It did not appear the floors had been scrubbed in quite some time.
Bed was comfy. Kitchen could have been stocked better, particularly with water glasses. Limited towels, only 2 bath towels for a 3 night stay for 2 of us, one kitchen hand towel, one dish cloth and no towel to dry dishes, the dishwasher was out of order. Thankfully, a washer and dryer was on sight, with no additional cost to use it.
Be aware, the apartment is up three half flights of steps, if that may be a problem.
The "views" were NOT remarkable, unless brick buildings and roads fall into that category. Although, Luverne is a quaint community, it offers a beautiful city park along a river, with a nice playground and picnic area. Significant road noise was heard.
We would probably stay there again, as other options in town are much more expensive or extremely run down.

We are both in our 80’s so we found it difficult to climb the stairs to the third floor. Also, the high dining table and three chairs were very uncomfortable to sit in.Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
