This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
1. No Smoking- $250 fee for smoking inside the home
2. Quiet Hours- 9:30 pm to 8 am- (you may be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund)
3. No Parties-
4. 1- Pet allowed if disclosed during booking- $200 fee if caught with an unreported pet.-
5. Please clean up dog waste - $100 fee if dog waste is left behind.

We had a great stay at this Gainesville property! Location was terrific- quick 10 minutes to UF campus. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We did wish the hot tub had been working during our stay, but the property management company was responsive and did their best to help troubleshoot the issue. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and we would happily book again!
