This rental had the potential for 5 stars but fell short. The host was very responsive, but that didn’t help with the poor condition (or lacking) window shades, potentially dangerous deck floorboards, and a kitchen that was lovely to look at but not equipped to actually cook and serve a large meal. Location was terrific, pool was warm (even in mid-October), but the space seemed a bit weather-worn outside, and a little tired inside, for the money.

The house is in a beautiful location between the bay and the ocean. The house is spacious. Some minor updates are needed but nothing crazy. The only thing we wish we had was a washer and dryer for this location especially with children things get messy and would have loved to clean. The host was amazing at communicating and that was amazing. He even gave us resturant recommendations.

My friends, family, and I had the BEST stay on Dune Road. The house is stunning, with beautiful views of the bay and ocean. There are plenty of rooms, 15 of us slept comfortably with AC in each room. Towels and beach chairs were an added plus. The pool and deck area is gorgeous. It was very easy to reach the host with any questions and for turning on the pool heater. I would love to stay here again!

Fabulous location, steps from public beach access (pikes) and private beach on the bay behind the house. Fantastic pool, lots of room and bedrooms and bathrooms for large groups/multiple families to enjoy time together. Large pool deck, perfect for grilling, amazing views of bays and oceans. Very attentive house manager as well! Loved it
