BEDROOMS:
5 thoughtfully designed bedrooms and a total of 8 beds, there's ample space and amenities for your group to unwind after a day of exploration or get ready for the big night:
ROOM 1: Queen bed, closet, tables, full mirror
ROOM 2: Queen bed, closet, tables, full mirror
ROOM 3: Queen bed, closet, tables, full mirror
ROOM 4: 2 Bunks (2 twins, 2 fulls) oversized bean bag, closet, table, smart TV
ROOM 5 : Master bedroom, King bed, private patio entrance, mirror, closet, private bathroom, lounge chairs
BATH 1: Tub, shower, mirror, toilet
BATH 2: Tub, shower, mirror, toilet
BATH 3: Master room: Shower, dual vanity sink and mirror, toilet
Each bed comes fitted with a new memory foam mattress, 3-4 pillows, fresh linens from head to toe, and blanket. (extra linens and blankets located in the hallway linen closet).
2 air mattresses are on stand by for those looking to get two more guests into the reservation, or free up bed space.
Basic home amenities are supplied. Shower amenities are the only excluded due to sanitation, but available upon early request.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
Private backyard is divided into 3 spaces: dinning and media, pool & deck, and fire pit. Enjoy a generously sized private pool that catches the Texas sun all day with patches of shade from the surrounding privacy trees. On the dinning patio, you can grill and dine with your guests while taking in the big game. Last, after a day of adventure you and your guests are welcomed to unwind by a natural wood burning fire pit.
POOL & HOT TUB:
This classic pool is divided between a hot tub, 3 ft shallow end, and a 9 ft deep end. Hot tub heating is complimentary, pool heating is 100 for 1 night or 150 for 2 nights.
POOL TABLE:
Vintage Dynamo pool table. Free play for all guests. All equipment provided.
SURROUNDING LOCATION:
Located in the northern heart of Austin, you're a short ride from all major popular attractions: 6th street, Rainey, East 6th, Downtown, West 6th, ACL, F1, UT, Barton Springs, Zilker park, and diverse dining options.

Host was awesome about everything. Willing to work with us and very quick/responsive. Firewood, fresh grilling propane, clean house, etc. Lots of rooms and beds so people didn't have to double up at all. Pool table was fun. Pool was a good time but cold (it is clearly stated that it isn't heated). We still spent time in it. Outdoor TV and seating area was perfect for relaxing after a long day out on the town or on the golf course.
