Établissement familial, dans une ancienne maison typique avec sa piscine qui donne une ambiance unique. On se sent comme chez des cambodgiens, et le gérant est français, très sympa avec plein de conseils. L’accueil est donc très convivial. La situation de l’hôtel : on peut se rendre dans le centre à pied . Les services proposés de l’hôtel (taxi pour venir nous chercher à l’aéroport, un service de transport jusqu’à SiemReap …)
Étant donné le rapport qualité prix, je ne vois pas.

Conveniently located. Polite staff.
- Dirty and Stained bedspreads. We had to flag this to the staff who changed it just before bed.
- The bathroom wasn’t well equipped, and by that I mean not even a tumbler to store a tooth brush/tooth paste was present, no hand towels (only body towel) and no hand wash/ soap was provided next to the sink.
- No vegan/ vegetarian options for breakfast.
- The latch to lock the toilet was broken and no latch to lock it from outside, which meant that the person who’s side of the bed was next to the toilet had to sleep with an open door to the toilet.
- The AC did not function fully and it would take 20 minutes for the room to cool down.
- My biggest problem was the check out process. I went down at 7:00 to settle my bill and check out and no staff or receptionist seemed awake enough to attend to me. They did not have a card machine. Their QR code was broken and I couldn’t scan and pay. They did not even have change for a 100$ bill when I offered cash and they had to run around in the neighbourhood to find change while my cab was waiting. They asked me to do a bank transfer but the IBAN/ SWIFT CODE was in France and no address of the recipient was provided, so online bank transfer was also impossible. It was an extremely frustrating, time consuming experience.
