We liked the amount of space in the apartment and the washer worked great. The owner was responsive and even met us at the property to make sure we settled in well. We would definitely stay here again!

Easy to get to from Roma Termini and local transportation is right at your doorstep. Close to many great restaurants.
Very clean and comfortable. Easily opening the street door and apartment door with your phone with the provided link from Daniele who responds quickly and cordially.
I would definitely stay here again in the future. Hopefully soon!

The location was excellent, very close to the train station and within easy walking distance of the Colosseum. The air conditioning was great, and we appreciated the little welcome gift. There was also a supermarket nearby, which was very convenient.
Only two of the rooms had air conditioning.

מטרו מתחת לבניין שעל זה כבר כתבו לא מעט, מרחק הליכה של 20 דקות ממרכזים תיירותיים אם רוצים ללכת ברגל, מיזוג בחדרי שינה, שני חדרים גדולים ומרווחים. הדירה הייתה נקיה.
אולי זה עניין של טעם, אבל אני לא יודעת מדוע הדירה הזו קיבלה ציון גבוה. בניין ישן באזור לא הכי טוב ונוח למשפחות. הדירה נמצאת בקומה שניה, למרות שיש מעלית אי אפשר להשתמש בה, אז בכל המדרגות נאלצנו לעלות את המזוודות, המטבח נורא צר, לא נוח ולא מאובזר בכלום, אין תנור, אין מדיח כלים, יש רק מיקרוגל, מכונת קפה שלנו זה לא ממש רלוונטי, כיריים גז, פינת אוכל וסלון גם צר מאוד, 4 אנשים בקושי מצליחים לשבת שם וגם הגישה לא נוחה. יש חלונות גדולים במקלחת אבל אי אפשר לפתוח כי אין וילונות והדירה פונה לבניין ואין שום פרטיות כנ"ל גם בסלון שלא ממוזג אבל אי אפשר לפתוח את החלונות, מטבח מאוד חם. אין סבון או דברים בסיסיים כמו שמן, תבלינים בסיסיים. הכיור במטבח קטן מאוד עם זרם חלש מאוד, שני סירים ענקיים שאם רוצים לבשל ביצה צריך לחכות המון זמן, מחבת אחת גדולה גם אם תרצו להכין משהו קטן, אז תשכחו מזה וללא תנור, בכלל בעייתי.
בטח שלנקות את הכלים הענקיים בכיור כזה עם זרם מים כזה היה מאוד קשה.
בנוסף, המים בכיור של המקלחת לא יורדים טוב, יש טעם מוזר של מים גם שמצחצחים שיניים והמקלחת מלאה באבנית.
ומבחינת האזור עצמו, נורא מלוכלך ומסריח, גם הבניין מאוד מסריח, יש שם למטה סטודיו לריקוד סיני, מסעדות סיניות באזור ולא מעט שיכורים ומסוממים שמסתובבים ברחוב ולא נראה כל כך בטוח.
כשהגענו היה מלא זבל של הבניין מהשיפוצים שמישהו עשה, אבל כן פינו אותו אחרי יומיים.
ומי שמגיע ברכב, אפשר למצוא חניה ברחוב, אבל בתשלום כמובן.
