The property was very clean, comfortable and peaceful, with a lovely terrace that we especially enjoyed. It is well located for exploring several nearby beaches and offers plenty of parking space right next to the villa. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the hosts were responsive and flexible, even allowing us a later checkout.
The only issues arose toward the end of our stay. Starting the day before our departure, the water pressure became very low, so we were unable to take a shower. On the morning of our departure, after it had rained the previous evening, we noticed water dripping from the bathroom ceiling near one of the light fixtures.

The house is brand new, clean, and very comfortable. Alex and his family were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. It is located in a peaceful, green area, with a supermarket nearby, and the beach is only about a 15-minute walk away. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.
