Check in was simple. View was phenomenal. Condo was spacious enough for my husband, myself, and our 2 year old. Dish detergent, laundry detergent, basic toiletries were available. The condo came with 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas (beach service). That made getting to the beach each day much easier. Pool was never crowded and the attendants always made sure people had their bracelets on before entering. TV in the living room was MASSIVE. Elevators were quick (I have heard stories about the elevators being slow). Beach attendant was awesome and so nice to my son. :)
The bed was HARD - some people may be okay with that though, just not my preference. The blanket on the bed was also a Queen-sized blanket, though the bed was a King. We just took one of the blankets off the twin bunk beds from the hall to make up for it. I thought the ice maker was broken the first 2 days but realized there was an actual on/off button.

Location was prime!

The view was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The location and security was very good.
The floors and the drawers in bedroom were dirty on arrival. The small lavatory sink faucet was bad and the shower head was awful. Did like the plastic shower curtain. We had no heat because of a non working thermostat for the first night. Found out from previous renters that they couldn't control thermostat when they were there in the previous March and the floors were dirty then too. Lamp in living room was defective also. The lamp and thermostat were taken care of the next day . Construction was horrible with constant noise and dust.
