Everything was excellent!
Lovely Elsa greeted us with a warm smile and kindness, and even helped us carry our heavy suitcase upstairs.
The apartment is extremely clean, smells amazing, bright, air-conditioned, and everything inside is brand new. There is a charming kids' room with a bunk bed and games in the closet.
The apartment has everything you could possibly need—even a washing machine with laundry detergent—and plenty of soft, cozy towels.
It is located just a few steps from the lively pedestrian street, yet it is exceptionally quiet. Having private parking right next to the building is incredibly convenient for such a central area in Shkodër.
By far the best and most comfortable apartment we have ever stayed in!!
Maybe it would be good to provide covers for the blankets and extra pillows, but other than that, we managed wonderfully.

The apartment is big, spacious, and very comfortable. It is well equipped with everything you might need for a stay, including all the necessary supplies for using the washing machine and dishwasher.
The location is excellent, within close proximity to the pedestrian area, with lots of cafés, bars, and restaurants nearby.
The host is very kind, helpful, and responsive, which made the whole stay even more pleasant. Overall, a great place to stay!
A bit tricky to reach the street by car, as navigation systems don’t seem to be aware of the one-way streets in this area for some reason. So, make sure to pay attention to the directions provided on the site or contact the host if you’re unsure.

The apartment is fully equipped and spotless. Great location in the center . The best apartment that we had in our travel in Albania. The owner was super responsive and nice and also brought us a local pastries in the morning.

The night before we were supposed to fly (this was our first stay in the trip) got a message from the owner which i saw only at midnight that there isn't going to be water from 8-17. He didn't offer to cancel if we choose to and i had to have very long conversations both with him and booking (bad service :(
after hours wasted and on the way to the airport we were able to cancel (it seems we did pay booking for 1 night - for nothing)
