The apartment was absolutely sparkling clean, the bed was SO comfortable with a nice big TV, really good air-conditioning, everything we needed to cook, and the balcony was wonderful to sit on in the evenings and with morning coffee… one evening there was Italian opera/theater in the street below us and we got to listen to it echo up to our balcony while we hung our laundry on the line and it was magical!
Flaviano was extremely helpful via WhatsApp, and his father who met us at the office was very kind.
The location was AMAZING both for exploring Napoli (right next to Spanish quarter and centro historico) as well as for transportation for day trips (less than 10 min walk to Molo Beverello port where you can catch the ferries to Amalfi, Capri etc, as well as direct shuttles to airport, Pompeii etc.). Neighborhood felt very safe to walk around.
Nothing we didn’t like, though we did have to factor the multiple flights of stairs in when making our plans each day, no problem for us but would be very difficult for someone with mobility or fitness limitations.

Nice apartment in the old town. It is rather smaller than in the photos, but it served it's purpose. Cute little balcony that we could not use at all because of the direct sun and heat in the morning.
Very steep staircase to the 4th floor which makes it difficult for going up and down. Carrying luggage was a nightmare and there is no one to help you. We knew this upfront, but it was worse once we got onsite.
Everything was nice and convenient except the bathroom which needs total refurbishment. The toilet seat and flush were falling apart, the shower head was broken and water was leaking through the shower cabin.
