The room was very large and spacious. Convenient location near the train station, metro and buses. The cost was affordable, good value. The host was very accommodating to my requests.
The shower space is a little bit small but it's a minor detail. The street noise is a little loud, but manageable. Things you can't control.

Great location- close to station and local restaurants but not too noisy
Alex was a great host: he showed us into the property when we first arrived, was very accommodating to all of our requests and quick to respond on Whatsapp
Room was spacious and bathroom was only shared with a few other people
Great storage in the room and got a shelf in the fridge
Was a bit hot- no air con but did provide a fan

Clean and near our station for next day.
Very busy and loud road under window so without earplugs forget about sleep. I forgot mine....
Towels for 2.5€ rent! Big bed had double blanket and narrow... No additional blanket....
