Location is unbeatable!!!!
No where comfortable to sit. Check out instructions were not available

I liked how close it is to a lot of things. A five minute walk to the andrew j brady center where I was going.
I didnt like that there was no luggage cart to help bring in our stuff. My mom was with me so she couldn't carry much. I had a couple heavy things.
Wish there was more doors to the parking garage.
The washer was REALLY loud and the dryer didnt spin. So things took longer to dry since it is broken.
We tried to get just regular TV stations on the TV. I could not figure it out. We wanted to have the TV on and not watch Netflix or Apple TV. They were the only things on there.

Proximity to event
No person at the facility to assist. And took forever to get both check-in and check-out procedures. The website kept saying I was too early to checkout when I was attempting to check out 45 min prior to checkout time.

The location was fabulous for the Reds opening day.
The pullout couch was filthy. Stains, crumbs, and just gross.
The master bathroom sink would back up easily. The sliding glass doors needed cleaned. There were wet towels in the dryer.
