The Space:
Our 2-bedroom apartments feature inviting living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Please note that amenities are available at the property's discretion. We are unable to process refunds if an amenity is closed during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled on the Cincinnati riverfront Banks neighborhood beside Great American Ballpark, Paul Brown Stadium, and The Andrew J. Brady ICON Music Center, CozySuites at the Banks delivers an energetic, diverse lifestyle at the heart of the action.
Getting Around:
A car isn’t necessary to explore the area. Find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent.
Other Things to Note:
No smoking, parties
Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM ($75/hr late fee)
$500 penalty for removing smoke detectors
No outside guests without permission
Two towels per guest per stay
Valid photo ID required to complete the booking
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver.

Clean place, was right over several Bars so loud every night just fyi. Furniture was low to ground, one of the beds is basically on the ground.

If you are looking for a place to stay downtown that is in the middle of all the action, this is the place for you! The unit is located right next to the baseball stadium above an area with lots of restaurants and bars. We were able to walk everywhere in a just a few minutes :)

Location is awesome, condo was clean and well stocked… minus missing a coffeemaker which I believe was listed as an amenity. We had a bit of a problem with parking code initially but Cozy suites handled promptly. Do yourself a favor and make sure you make arrangements for parking prior to your stay, as parking in this area is pretty scarce. Other than that we loved the property would certainly book again if we plan another trip to area. We were in town for a Reds game, super close!!

This was a one of the best accommodation spaces I’ve have a had in a really long time, very clean and the host responded within minutes. We got parking secured late notice (my fault) but they made it happen. The instructions were a little confusing but we figured it out. People were friendly and we didn’t have to go far to enjoy ourselves in the Banks area. The arm of the couch was broken upon arrival so we didn’t utilize the living room area. Overall great place I would book this every time we visit.
