amazing apartement! couldnt find a better one

This was a very small apartment in which the bed occupied pretty much the entire area. However, it was fine for one person especially that I spent only the nights there. I'd say it'll be tight for 2 people.
Clear instructions for the key pick-up.
It has a small kitchenette which looked fine but I didn't use it. I general the apartment was clean and tidy with good facilities; no complaints.
It looks like the owner has several apartments and I ended up in apt. 3B which was on the ground floor with the tinted window facing the back yard and overlooking the trash bins used by the tenants in the apartment building. It was fairly hot and I had to open the window during the night (I didn't want to switch on the a/c). There was no smell initially (I stayed for 3 nights) but I think something started to rot over the weekend and by Sunday night I could smell it. On Monday around 6am it was time for the garbage truck to arrive and the man started moving the bins back and forth so it was quite noisy for a while.
