Mixed feelings. I loved the upper floor apartment which I originally booked but due to a mistake on the owners side and a double booking I had to move to another room during my already short stay. The owner was polite, apologised and offered a couple of alternatives. I chose to stay in a downstairs room and I wouldn’t normally stay there as it’s of a lower category of aesthetics and comfort with minor wear and unpleasant smell from the bathroom drain.
The cleaning lady had been nice and smiley during the stay however on the last day around check out time (7 minutes later than 11am) she aggressively knocked on the door and spoke to me in a hostile tone. I was shocked and disappointed. I had already told the owner that my bags were all packed and I am coming back after breakfast to just pick my stuff and I was out by 11:09 am (while check out was 11:00am). It was a reaction totally out of proportion, especially after having been inconvenienced.

We loved the location and how clean it was. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I did not like the pillows they were too thick and firm. The mattress is also extremely firm but I was okay with that for a few days. Also the bathroom gave off an unpleasant smell but we mitigated that by keeping the door closed.
