Spacious apartment with nice terrace

Well equipped apartment, located near by the airport annd tram station and bakeriesand supermarket. Nice view over the city. Good air-condition for every room. Everything in good condition.

Building and surrounding are a little industrial but onnce in. the apartment it feels like holiday. You have to take nearby tram or bus to reach the inner city of Nice.

8 / 10

The place was clean, convenient and good value for money but not somewhere I would come back to

Good value for money

All the bedrooms were internal so there was little sunlight. The aircon was good in one bedroom but not very powerful everywhere else.

5 / 10

Could have been better if maintenance was done properly

Location , balcony view and proximity to public transport. Nice air conditioning inside the apartment.

The wash basin was not draining water , the soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken. For a family of 6 this was not good Maintenance should be done before welcoming guests. The landlady did show up and poured cleaning liquid in the drain but it did not help
