It’s a new hotel, so quiet location and face the river. You can feel welcome from all staff. It has potential to provide decent quality, I will book again if I revisit to Hoi An. Actually I extended more nights. The breakfast, swimming pool, room service and facility were nice they even have a spa in hotel, so you can have a discount package if you were the customer of this hotel.

A great hotel with friendly English speaking staff en on a good location from the city centre when you like to walk (30 min.?)or take a free available bike.
It's riverside and there are some good restaurants nearby but the actual tourist sights are in the centre.
The room was quiet and clean, the beds where comfortable. The breakfast had enough choice for everyone and there was an option to order fresh fried eggs or pho outside. The offerings where also different daily and refilled when needed.
I recommend to ask for some ice and make yourself a delicious Vietnamese ice coffee.
Hoi an is beautiful in daytime and even more when it's dark

Staff were amazing. Special mention to Ngoc whose daughter is studying law- she was lovely. Deserves a raise. We loved the spa as well.
It could be noisy as corridor windows were open though we did stay during the Vietnamese national holiday. We asked for the windows to be closed and the staff kindly accommodated our request. This greatly helped with the noise.

Lovely quiet hotel facing the river.
Staff were so accommodating and helpful especially Cherry on the front desk.
That we only had 4 nights - should have stayed longer
