Room was a great size. Staff were super friendly.
Confusing with free water on top. But charged waters in the fridge. Not well communicated, but probably lost in translation.

Big room, big bathroom, balcony, breakfast, pool, lovely staff, quiet location, free bikes and a lovely, mellow,1km ride to Hoian market.
An Bang beach is a 5km ride away, so a bit of a mission on hot days, however the ride through rice fields is relaxed, flat and fun.

The staff are definitely the best thing about this place. They were happy to do anything they could to help. The breakfast was also pretty good.
We had 2 rooms, 1 had a digital TV and the other had an old TV with only analog reception which meant the picture quality was poor and the sound didn’t work.
The sheets had bugs in them (not bed bugs thanks goodness) which were a horrible to need to check for each night.
The rooms themselves are in need of repair- large cracks in the tiles in the shower, patches of water damage on the walls, door frames that were split open and doors that were swollen from water damage and didn’t close properly.
The hot water was not constant and one second it was lovely and warm and the next it was scalding hot, only to go back a few seconds later.
The most concerning thing was that the cleaning staff left the ground floor balcony door unlocked every time they cleaned despite being asked to lock it via reception. With no in room safe this was a concerning security risk.
The pools are very small and it gets crowded quickly. The pool chairs are moldy and could use a good clean.
