Room was great, balcony looking out over the ocean, fireplace, giant tub, cute little nook with the second bed. Terrific location right in town and a block from the beach.
Nothing.

The location was great
The room we stayed in needs updating to include the windows the wood work and a breakfast should come with the room for the price

Great location! Clean, comfortable rooms. Unique setting and room configuration. We could walk everywhere from this hotel.
Although everything was great, it was expensive for a small room, no ocean view and no real amenities on-site.

soft bed, clean, view of ocean
no clear instructions about where the room was located, how many flights of stairs was necessary to get to the room (4 flights), no staff at desk to get info, had to go across the street to coffee shop in pouring rain
