Clean place, near the mosque, friendly staff.
I booked two rooms, one of the room was not ready until after 3.15 pm. Which was not convenient to pack all the family in one room until the other get cleaned.

The location was great. Literally just outside the haram. It’s best for male guests cause you have to walk a little for the female entrances. But not too inconvenient. Maybe 3-4 minutes extra. Breakfast was also great.
The facilities were really old. The chairs, bed etc. our AC wasn’t working and when I called they fixed it but it stopped working right after and when I called again no one came. Service was extremely slow and I struggled with getting staff to assist with issues. The room service food was also not good and was served cold.
