I will definitely come back here for my next trip in Madrid!

Really nice apartment — it has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The neighborhood is one of the best in Madrid, and the 24-hour reception is a real plus.

On our second morning, between 9 and 11 a.m., there was no water in the apartment, so we couldn’t take a shower. It was quite inconvenient, especially with checkout at noon — we didn’t want to spend our last morning waiting in the room for a solution. Unfortunately, the reception staff offered no help and, overall, were not very welcoming throughout our stay.
