The receptionist and the shuttle driver contacted me both before and upon my arrival at the airport at midnight.
So I found the driver with no stress dispite my late arrival.
The staff was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay.

J'ai aimé le côté confort des lits, le personnel agréable et disponible, la propreté des lieux et surtout le fait que ça soit proche de l'aéroport.
Par contre, l'absence d'ascenseur est problématique pour quelqu'un qui avait une lourde valise et la chambre était au 2e étage. Heureusement que j'ai eu l'aide du gardien pour la faire monter. Mais à défaut d'un ascenseur, j'aurai aimé une rampe at least à côté des escaliers.
Autre chose qui me dérangeait, l'instabilité du Wifi, ça n'arrêtait pas de disparaitre...
