It's a very nice and cosy place to stay in Saty. Beds are comfortable, AC is working well, kitchen is equiped with all necessary, basic stuff. Owners are really nice and friendly people. They helped us to reach the Kolosai Lake. Breakfast, made by the owners, was really tasty and varied.
WiFi hadn't the best quality, but it's not a big deal.

Everything. This place was so cute. It had all that was needed including ac. Great shower. Good location. Nice breakfast. The owner was really friendly and helpful and reaponsive. Definitely worth staying here.

The room was large. Owners were nice and helpful.
There is a staircase in the middle of the room, without handrails. Its hazardous for anyone sleeping on the second floor. Its also hazardous for anyone on the ground floor as you can walk into the staircase at night.
The room is in the backyard of the main property, its beside the family kitchen, so you have to walk through a mud path to get to it. Or you can exit via the backdoor.
I think the property price is too much for the quality of the property. My booking in Almaty was cheaper than this and its a good hotel. Its perhaps the lack of rooms that enable the price to be so expensive.
