The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and getting around Seoul. Despite being in busy Hongdae and close to a very loud main street, the apartment itself was surprisingly quiet because it is located on a side street. It was also easy to find. Having a washing machine with laundry detergent provided was a big plus and very practical, especially during a longer trip.
Unfortunately, communication with the host via Booking did not work at all. We had a flight delay and therefore arrived one day later than planned. I contacted the host regarding a refund for the missed night, but I still have not received any response.
There was also a moth infestation in the bathroom. During the first few days, I tried to remove the moths, but they kept coming back the next day. We tried keeping the bathroom door closed, but occasionally one or two moths still managed to get out. This was particularly unpleasant as we were living out of our suitcases and it left us feeling uncomfortable about our belongings…

Beautifully clean apartment in a great location - near all the action but removed enough to still be quiet. We were so happy they offered laundry - an unexpected but very helpful surprised given the 100 degree temps while we were there,
We found the place extremely difficult to find. Had to ask a few locals for help. It is important to know beforehand that Google maps doesn't work in South Korea, so come prepared with apps that do, and the names and addresses of places you want to go in Korean. We had just gotten off of a very long flight and had our luggage, and this was a bit of a headache. Additionally, the hosts were completely unhelpful when we asked about luggage storage for after our stay. Totally understand if they don't offer it, but they could have pointed us in the right direction I felt!

Location great and beds comfortable
No door code was sent prior to arrival and the bathroom is way to small. Strange shower setup
