The apartment has a very good location and is spacious enough for a larger group. It was also surprisingly quiet considering that it faces the street. Having air conditioning was definitely a plus, although unfortunately it did not work equally well throughout the apartment. Also much appreciated that we where welcome to leave our luggage while waiting for check in time.
Communication with the host was not very good. Responses to messages and questions often took several hours, and sometimes even days, and nobody answered when we tried to call. This was frustrating when we needed help or had questions during our stay.
The air conditioning worked very well in the largest bedroom, but much less effectively in the other rooms, including the living room. One of the bedrooms has no air conditioning at all and became very hot during the night.
The beds were not particularly comfortable, although not terrible. It is also worth knowing that the double beds are quite small, probably around 140 cm wide. This may be fine for couples, but is something to consider if, like us, you are a group of friends planning to share beds.
There is only one mirror in the entire apartment, located in the bathroom, which is quite impractical when several people are getting ready at the same time.
There were also no curtains in the living room, making the sofa bed difficult to use for sleeping because of the light.
Overall, the apartment is functional rather than charming. It feels very clearly set up as a rental property, with little effort made to make it particularly cosy or welcoming. Small details were missing too — for example, there were only three wine glasses despite the apartment being intended for larger groups.

We enjoyed our stay and found the apartment to be comfortable, clean, and in a convenient location with a market downstairs and easy access to the train station. The elevator and air conditioning were especially appreciated. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the apartment.
Our only criticism is the communication before arrival. We intentionally booked and paid for the night before our arrival so we could access the apartment immediately after our overnight flight. Despite confirming this several times, we received a message the day before our arrival suggesting the apartment might not be ready until later, which caused unnecessary stress. Thankfully, the host ultimately confirmed the apartment would be ready as booked, and everything worked out.

the host coordinated with us to check in early
Although the apt is advertised as having AC one of the bedrooms does not.
One of the toilets was clogged our entire stay and could not be fixed by the host
We asked for a crib but the host did not indicate one was provided. We had our own as a backup so used that instead.
The host was not responsive on key pickup/dropoff. We had to message them to ask how to pick up the keys and we didn’t get an answer on how to drop them off so I just left them in the apartment and closed the door on the way out.
