The key was only for the deadbolt. I had locked the lower lock from the inside and could not get back in since the key did not work in the lower lock. We could not get ahold of the landlord except through the booking app. This required the computer that was inside the locked apartment. I was finally able to use a credit card to get in.
This was a very disappointing experience
While the apartment was decorated nicely, the simple things were lacking. We stayed 4 days and were told we may have to bring more toilet paper. Only one roll of toilet paper was available. Only a partical roll of paper towels were there.
Also, we had no control to cool the apartment.
Otherwise this place was nice.
