Central, lockers for everyone, dorms with only 4 beds

Quiet and safe area.
No ventilation in the kitchen, when someone cooks, in the whole building including rooms smells very very strong.
The kitchen is not clean, the stuff doesn’t properly clean it and guests do it not very accurately.
The shower is also not very inviting, only one bathroom on the second floor, not enough for everyone.
