Pessima esperienza – appartamento sporco e gestione inaccettabile.
Dell'appartamento Nulla!
Esperienza assolutamente negativa e struttura fortemente sconsigliata.
Al mio arrivo ho trovato l’appartamento in condizioni igieniche pessime e, soprattutto, evidentemente non pulito prima del mio ingresso. Già all’entrata c'era aria viziata ed erano presenti un secchio e una pezza sporchi lasciati davanti alla porta. In cucina come in tutto il resto dell'appartamento i pavimenti erano sporchi, il condizionatore perdeva continuamente acqua allagando il pavimento.
La situazione del bagno è stata ancora più grave: mancava la carta igienica e ho trovato peli pubici sul wc e sul bidet, oltre a una generale condizione di scarsa igiene. Le uniche asciugamani disponibili per la doccia erano macchiate non saprei dire se già utilizzate. Non era presente un phon per asciugare i capelli.
In camera da letto ho trovato il letto sfatto, che ho dovuto rifare personalmente appena arrivata dopo un viaggio. Le lenzuola erano macchiate, Inoltre, la finestra della camera non funzionava ovvero non si riusciva ad aprire.
A rendere la situazione ancora più spiacevole è stata la gestione della proprietaria. Dopo averle segnalato questi problemi, invece di mostrare disponibilità a risolverli o almeno comprendere il disagio, ha insinuato che le mie lamentele fossero infondate, collegandole addirittura al fatto che 15 giorni prima mi aveva rifiutato una cancellazione gratuita. Una cosa che trovo completamente fuori luogo e poco professionale: aver rifiutato una cancellazione non giustifica in alcun modo la mancanza di pulizia e i disservizi riscontrati nell'appartamento.
Dopo averle esposto le problematiche, la signora mi ha addirittura bloccata su WhatsApp, impedendomi di comunicare ulteriormente con lei.
Ho pagato per soggiornare in una struttura ricettiva e mi aspettavo, come minimo, pulizia, igiene, servizi essenziali funzionanti e un rapporto professionale con la persona che gestisce l'alloggio. Non ho trovato nulla di tutto questo.

Ci hanno telefonato 2 ore prima del check in dicendo che non potevano darci la stanza perché degli stranieri che hanno soggiornato lì, l avevano lasciata troppo sporca ed era necessario chiamare la disinfestazione....
