You cannot get more central then this as just a 2 minute walk to Angel Underground and the O2 Academy (which was our reason for the trip) . The price was very reasonable hence full mark for 'Value for money'. Street full of amazing restaurants so did not struggle for good food. Great solution if you are coming down to London from the North as you can park your vehicle as 'Cockfosters' and take the Underground in to avoid traffic. Polite host that responded quickly to emails which always helps.
Stayed during a hot summer day so got a little bit to hot. Can easily be solved by installing a ceiling fan (or a smaller fan that can be placed on desk, or floor stand). Very thin walls so complementary earplugs would have helped at times. All minor points for the host as creative feedback.
