Traumhafter Trulli mit fehlendem Herz

Ankunft:
Das Haus und die Anlage selbst sind wunderschön. Google Maps hat uns leider nicht dorthin geführt wo wir hin mussten und daher waren wir 15 Minuten zu spät. Die Häuservermittlung hat uns angerufen wo wir bleiben und hat uns geholfen den Trulli zu finden. Die junge Dame vor Ort hatte keine große Lust uns den Trulli und die Begebenheiten zu zeigen, sondern wollte relativ zügig fertig werden. Schade - ein herzliches Willkommen und italienische Gastfreundschaft durften wir auf unserer ganzen Italienreise bisher erfahren nur nicht hier.
Küche und Ausstattung:
Leider hatten wir nur ein einziges Weinglas, kein Toilettenpapier, einen Pool voller Asseln und kein Netz zum säubern, kein Kochlöffel und keine Handtücher für den Pool. Der Pool wurde nach unserer Reklamation umgehend gesäubert. toilettenpapier und Handtücher gebracht. Die restlichen Wünsche wurden leider nicht erfüllt.
Kochkurs:
Den auf der Webseite angebotenen Kochkurs hatte ich angefragt und für 250 EUR angeboten bekommen. Bei der Buchung wurde dann der Preis für zwei Kinder auf 300 EUR erhöht wegen der Zutaten. Der Kochkurs selbst von der Bäuerin neben an war top. Der Inhaber des Hauses war persönlich da und hat sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten mit einer Gratis Flasche Wein entschuldigt. Leider habe ich erst am nächsten Tag bemerkt, dass ich statt 300 EUR stolze 310 EUR bezahlt hatte. Auf mehrfahche Anfrage zur Korrektur habe ich bis heute leider keine Antwort erhalten. Die Zutaten waren: Wasser, Mehl, Salz, Tomaten, Basilikum. Der Kurs war wunderschön - ein Danke an die Nachbarin. Die Erhöhung von 250 EUR auf 300 EUR und abgerechnet auf 310 EUR liessen uns leider deutlich spüren, dass wir nicht Gast, sondern zahlungskräftige Kunden waren. Schade... mit ein bischen Herzblut hätten 10 Punkte draus werden können - so war es leider die teuerste aber auch die enttäuschendste Station auf unsere Rundreise.
