This place was perfect for our one-night stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and really well equipped. Having a washing machine was a huge bonus, and we really appreciated that detergent was provided too.
Communication was excellent. The owner was warm, helpful and happy to answer any questions, and gave us a great recommendation for dinner in town. Free parking right at the property was also very convenient.
We would happily stay again.
The breakfast was quite simple, with mostly pre-packaged Italian breakfast items. We opted to head into town for breakfast instead.

Rychlá a vstřícná komunikace s majitelem. Byt velice čistý a prostorný, vybaven vším co potřebujete. V koupelně ručníky, sprchovými gely, šamponem, dokonce i náplasti a čističe uší. Kuchyň má vše co potřebujete. Velká terasa. Parkování u ubytování pod stříškou. Klimatizace v každém pokoji. Výhled na Montecassino.
Výhled na sklad, při větru plechová střecha mlátila o kov.

The host is lovely, the apartment is big.
No soundproof, including hearing every sound in the toilet :) but to someone it may not be a big deal. We also rate this apartment 8/10

Die sehr große Wohnung war blitzsauber.
Waschmaschine vorhanden, Küche ausgestattet. Gästebuch im Flur.
Sicher toll für Hundebesitzer, wie ich den Rezensionen entnehmen kann. Unkompliziert und guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.
Parkplatz im Hof.
Die Einrichtung fanden wir nicht besonders einladend.
Im Wohnzimmer zwei Sofas, die sich im großen Raum verlieren, ohne Sofatisch oder Dinge, die es gemütlich machen. Der lange Balkon eigentlich nicht nutzbar, zwischen 2 Straßen sehr laut und nicht idyllisch.
Wohnung befindet sich hinter einem großen Baustoffhandel, was keine Urlaubsstimmung vermittelt.
