Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr einfach, Anfragen wurden schnell beantwortet, und in einer Problemlage wurde sehr unkompliziert und entgegenkommend reagiert. Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz, eine schöne Terrasse und einen sich über die gesamte Hausseite ziehenden Balkon mit Ausblick ins Grüne. Da Parkplätze in Monschau ansonsten eher rar sind, war es toll, direkt am Haus parken zu können ( mehrere Stellplätze). Jederzeit wieder gerne.

Unsere persönliche Meinung: für uns war alles (Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung) perfekt. Wir (meine Frau, meine Mutter und ich) haben uns da sehr wohl und sicher gefüllt. Als Hinweis (soll keine Kritik sein !!!): die Lage ist super, aber nicht für Gäste mit Rollator oder Rollstuhl (sowie für meine Mutter). Da muss man ca. 300m runter auf den Pflastersteinen in die Stadt-Mitte gehen. Auf jeden Fall können wir diese Ferienwohnung (dieses Haus) weiterempfählen.

Alleinstehendes Haus, super gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet, schöner Ausblick auf die nähere Umgebung, zusätzlich zum Balkon steht auch eine Terrasse zur Verfügung
