The room and the view from the room, tthe buffet breakfast, the self-help laundry room, the supper and the efficiency and helpfulness of the staff.
The laundry room, I believe , is shared by the 3 hotels in the same building. Signage to get back to the lift areas of the respective hotels should be there and clear. The lighting of the walkway to the laundry room was dim.
