Spacious enough for a small family
The place needs a serious makeover. The beds are horrible, the bathrooms are dated

The accommodation was excellent, located about 7–10 km from Ayia Napa. There is also a supermarket just 2 km away. Renting a car is highly recommended if you choose this place. The property itself was great just like in the pictures, situated in a quiet and peaceful area, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The host was very responsive and always replied quickly to our messages. Overall, a wonderful stay – highly recommended!
If I had to mention one thing, it would be that some of the mattresses could be a bit better/more comfortable.
