Localização e simpatia do funcionário e camas muito asseadas.
Casa estava em mau estado de conservação.Não tinha extintor nem sinalética obrigatória em AL.A mangueira do gás da cozinha já tinha passado o prazo de validade.Sem utensílios na cozinha para cozinhar ou comer-sem espaço.Era um corredor de acesso a porta.Não tinha extrator de fumos na pseudo chaminé por cima do fogão nem nos WC.As portas de um dos chuveiros estava solta o que molhava o WC todo.Tinha bastante mofo.A mesa no meu quarto tinha uma toalha plástica a cobrir a mesa com mofo.
