The laundry facilities.
Ability to print a new room key after hours.
Could have been a tad cleaner around the edges, but overall feeling was crisp from what seemed like newly built facilities.
If the crisp feeling is maintained, this place will be a gem for a good, long time.

The staff was awesome!
Friendly, professional, helpful in any way they could be.
It appeared as though the staff didnt have everything they needed to do their jobs correctly.
They didn't have coffee cups, any at all on one day.
They didnt have any of the normal pre-printed information and had to write things on sticky notes and give to customers. No big deal.....

The question asked me if I liked my breakfast, but there was no breakfast. The staff was the nicest part. I appreciated the extra towels.
The insulation! I could hear the person above. Unfortunately. Also, I could hear a smoke detector chirping outside in the hallway. No black out curtains, so outside light posts was filtering in through the blinds all through the night. There was dark black hair in the tub on the walls.
