Very dissatisfied with my stay.

Location. That’s it.

Sink would not drain. sink drain stopper pull was missing and the drain stopper had to be wedged open to drain. Very limited toilet paper - not enough for a family. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. No cups provided for water. Some pillows were not covered with pillowcases. Tv remote needed reprogramming to work.

Stunk like smoke

It reeked of smoke. Like we smelled like smoke when we left and neither of us smoke. It was hars to breath in there. Never again. Bed was stained to hell and uncomfortable. Just nasty.

Disgusting.

Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.

The rooms were filthy. The bathroom was missing a door handle and had what appeared to be blood stains on the floor and ceiling. Towels and sheets were wet and dirty as if they had already been used. I didn't expect a five-star experience at Motel 6, but this was by far the worst motel I have ever stayed at in my life. Next time, I would pay three times as much to stay anywhere else.

Very expensive for a cheap motel

It was a motel, east access between downtown and the highway

The kitchen sink leaked. The beds were uncomfortable. The beds were not finished being made.

The price and location is excellent, but still needs to be improve facilities.

This motel does not provide food, however there are many restaurants near by.

Motel 6 in Missoula

Had a kitchenette. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location was ok, within walking distance to several restaurants.

There were no outlets for phones, etc, on the bed side of the room. The room was expensive due to the general lack of rooms in the area.

One of the worst experiences.

Receptionist and location.

No soap nor shampoo, power outlet where is tv didn’t work, no TV. Not really clean.

Near a good diner.

It was really dirty and full of dog and human hairs. We couldn’t sleep because the room was stinky and the towels were not clean. it took us 30 minutes for the check in because they couldn’t find our payment. never coming back again!

Terrible booking even with a reservation

I was told my reservation was given to someone else and told they could not book me. They said that I would be refunded - I was still charged and couldn’t get a room.

Way beyond expectations

Last minute reservation, didn’t cost a lot, so didn’t expect much. Got in late night and the staff was so nice and funny, making effort on small things that really count. The room was very clean and well maintained.

I would definitely stay at this location again.

I have stayed here before. It is convenient to get to, the staff are helpful and friendly. I like the walking trail behind the motel.

No cups in the room for water.

Awesome location. Close to campus could walk to tailgate and stadium. Easy access to highway to explore town and beat traffic.

No amenities were provided, had to ask the front desk for shampoo, soap, towels and the hair dryer. Literally had the front desk clerk pull their rules and regulations and take down all of my information for extra towels. Flooring was water damaged and coming apart.

We will not stay there again.

It was located near the university.

There was a kitchen. However, there were not any supplies -silverfare, plates, cups, etc. There was a refrigerator that was not working. The telephone did not work. There was not an alarm clock, hair dryer, shampoo, or a single cup. The first night, there was a man that screamed outside the motel at 2 am for 10 minutes straight. The hotel is right by a train track. A train runs by every few hours. The price is usually $100/night, but was $200/night because, as we were told, it's "game weekend." We will not be staying their again.

The stay was comfortable and clean. The room did not seem to be perfectly ready.

The room was very clean and easily accessible for activities in downtown Missoula.

It would have been great if there were towel bars to hang bath and hand towels. There was not a coffee maker in the room and there were no plastic cups either. We went out and bought these things so we would have them for the 2nd and 3rd day.

No breakfast offered. Just coffee.

Daily maid service. For such Spartan accommodations, price of $168/night including tax was too high by far. I think you jacked up the price because it was Homecoming at University of Montana.

Unclean but staff was kind

Location was central and near lots of cool Missoula stuff

One of our beds had blood stains on the fitted and flat sheet. The staff was super kind and helped as much as they could at 11pm, it was offered that we can either move or she could bring fresh sheets. It was late, opted for fresh sheets. The room had no fridge, super simple, but to be expected of a Motel 6.

Sucked. Never again.

They screwed up my reservation which put me on the second floor. Im on Oxygen climbing stairs in 95 degree plus heat, when I had reserved a ground floor room over 2 months before...ruint my trip because climbing the stairs was too much effort to go do anything so I sat in the room for 2 days. Could have stayed home and not paid anything the room situation was their fault not mine so the whole trip was a flop. Never again.

My reservation being honored like it was supposed to be.
